Prime General Contractor for renovation of 750sq-ft tenant space for franchise restaurant inside the new Science & Academic Building at the university of Lethbridge. During this project we worked extensively with our Ontario based Consultants, Owner Group, and Landlord to ensure that the project was turned over in the tight timeline that was offered while maintaining the UofL building guidelines and standards.
