PROJECT MANAGER
Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager is an individual at the core of our business. Having the right education, experience, and skill set, they are a person that drives our projects forward to completion. They must be highly organized, with a proven ability to manage people, processes and the many details associated with a commercial construction project. This position in based in Lethbridge AB.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within the commercial construction industry.
- Be well versed in the areas of design, construction processes, and contracts.
- Possess an undergraduate degree in Engineering or Construction Project Management, Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, or similar technical training.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional written and oral skills.
- Superior computer skills including Microsoft Office and Project.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Effective and efficient problem-solving skills, being proactive and creative in their approach.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude and be a team player that is detail orientated.
- Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Design-Build Projects is an asset.
- Must have valid Full Class 5 Drivers license with a clean driving record.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT and PROJECT ADMINISTRATION:
- Ensure accurate and timely project administration including change order pricing and documentation, obtaining and processing shop drawings, requests for information, and document control.
- Work closely with project team members and other stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and up to date.
- Process and track subcontract documents, communications, change orders, RFI’s and operations and maintenance manuals.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedule in collaboration with Site Superintendent.
- Lead regular meetings with clients and subtrades and document with detailed minutes.
- Responsible for total completion of assigned projects including deficiencies and warranty issues.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Develop new and enhance existing relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and trades.
