Ward Bros. ensures all employees participate in the health and safety program, equipping each employee with the proper equipment, training and documentation. Employees are responsible for refusing to perform any work they consider unsafe, following all health and safety procedures and practices, working with a safety-first awareness and attitude, and, whenever possible, committing to help improve safety
Safety is everyone’s responsibility. All personnel, including management, superintendents and our workers, are responsible and accountable for safety on the jobsite. All work performed by any member of the Ward Bros. team is performed in a manner that ensures the employee’s safety, the safety of others working on-site, the safety of the general public and protection of company property.
