A two-storey extension was added to the administrative block of the Lethbridge Timber Tech facility. While the footprint increased by just 12 feet, the project delivered a significant transformation—evolving the existing offices into a contemporary workplace designed to support both current operations and future growth.
The updated layout includes a dedicated shipping and batching department, drafting studio, client waiting area with a coffee bar, lunchroom, boardroom, washrooms, and ten spacious offices. The main level is designed to support client and supplier interactions, while the upper level is dedicated to staff workspaces and internal collaboration. Enhanced by six skylights and an abundance of natural light, the second floor provides a bright, functional environment for day-to-day operations.
