The Student Academic Services (SAS) and Wellness Services (WS) renovation was completed in the core of Lethbridge Polytechnic (LP), utilizing vacant space alongside a full renovation of the existing WS area.
Site access was limited to an exterior door leading to a courtyard. To minimize disruption within the main corridor, all materials and construction waste were transported by hand or cart through this entry point.
Work within the main corridor was carefully managed, including the installation of a hoarding wall and secure access door to isolate the construction area. Security was a key priority for LP, with all personnel required to sign in and out daily at the campus security office.
