Construction of 268,000 square foot new event centre. The new facility will double current hosting capacity and will be able to accommodate more and larger national and international events with up to 7,000 people. The new facility will include many amenities to facilitate all functions with state of the art accommodations to make spaces flexible for what ever layouts are requested. As Construction Managers Ward Bros. will tender this project in 4 tender packages to facilitate construction schedule and continue to work with the project team to maintain budget requirements.
