This two-storey building, with a full basement beneath the original structure, underwent a comprehensive renovation to support both staff growth and evolving technology requirements in the delivery of MNP’s services.
To accommodate ongoing staff operations, the project was completed in multiple phases across two (2) construction periods. Phase 1, completed in 2023, focused on the basement and main level of the original building, where virtually no area was left untouched.
The basement was reconfigured to include a large training room, staff bistro, and meeting rooms. Enhancements to overall functionality also required revisions to office layouts and production areas, along with the relocation of two washrooms on the main floor to create a consolidated bank of four (4).
Phase 2 involved the renovation of the remaining office areas in a similar manner, along with a major upgrade to the second-floor washrooms.
