Ryan Peterson and his team at Advantage Financial entrusted us to bring to life a stunning design envisioned by Alvin Reinhard Fritz Architect Inc. This innovative and sophisticated design featured a remarkable selection of materials, finishes, and thoughtfully configured spaces.
The main level underwent a complete transformation, introducing new offices, breakout rooms, a boardroom, and a welcoming reception area. The harmonious blend of colors, materials, textures, and tones created a dynamic yet inviting environment for clients. Meticulously crafted millwork throughout the space showcased the seamless collaboration between a skilled designer and expert millwork provider.
The lower level received a vibrant refresh, including creative and enjoyable spaces for staff. Ward Bros. Construction was honored to be part of this extraordinary office transformation, which began in July 2021 and was completed in February 2022. The team relished the opportunity to work on this distinctive project, where the bold design and the client’s willingness to stand out made it truly unforgettable.
