Precon’s Precast Manufacturing Facility underwent a transformative renovation and expansion, enhancing its functionality and providing much-needed additional covered workspace. The project included a 100-foot extension of the Pre-Engineered Building, supported by engineered screw piles, concrete foundation walls, and new steel building columns. Durable wall and roof cladding were added to enclose the extension, ensuring long-lasting protection.
To streamline operations, a new link connection was constructed, integrating the facility with repurposed office trailers for optimized workflow. Inside the plant, the existing office space is being reconfigured to accommodate an extended crane system, increasing storage capacity and expanding the working area.
This project highlights a commitment to improving efficiency and productivity while meeting the evolving needs of the manufacturing facility.
