This renovation involved demolition of existing building hazardous material abatement (vermiculite in exterior walls, lead paint removal, roof installation removal.) Installation of  footings and mechanical undergrounds, Pouring a slab, frame walls (masonry and lumber). Building will contain male and female washrooms, 2 accessible washrooms, 2 universal change rooms, lobby, life guard and admin rooms, storage, mechanical and electrical room. The ceilings will be open, with drywall in the washrooms. New lighting and epoxy flooring in the mechanical, washrooms and change rooms. New paint on the ceilings and walls, installation of a new pool and decking and some exterior renovation including fence and asphalt replacement.
