SMRID is Canada’s largest irrigation district and in 2012 made the decision to relocate their offices to the W.T. Hill Business Park in Lethbridge.
Construction of their new office building commenced in the spring of 2013. It includes a polished structural concrete slab on the main floor that symbolizes the concrete structures utilized to control the release of water within their district. With wood frame construction the facility has two floors of developed space for their business operations.
