Located on a site that is a filled-in coulee in downtown Lethbridge, the project utilized drilled concrete piles more than thirty meters deeps to reach native soil. This 4‐storey wood framed building also included an underground parkade since the parking requirements could not be met at surface level. The site was a high traffic location with minimal space to maneuver, requiring extensive coordination of material deliveries and onsite activities.
